Notice of New Aircraft Financing for

Xiamen Airlines in Year of 2024

敬启者：

为满足厦航2024年16架新飞机（14架737MAX-8，2架A321）长期融资需求，现诚邀贵公司进行报价基本要求如下：

To whom it may concern：

In order to meet Xiamen Airlines' long-term financing needs for 16new aircraft (14 x 737MAX-8, 2 x A321) in 2024, we are now inviting you to submit a proposal. The basic requirements are as follows:

一、供应商的资格要求 Qualification Requirements for Lessors

须满足下列条件：

近五年内为南航、国航、东航或厦航成功完成飞机融资（含售后回租）或机队规模不少于10架，请提供支持文件（包含飞机国籍登记号及承租人信息等）。

The participants should have completed financing deal (including SLB) within the last fiveyears for any of the following Airlines: China Southern, Air China, China Eastern and Xiamen Airlines or Fleet size is not less than 10 Aircraft. Please provide the supporting documents(including but notlimited to Nationality registration and the information of lessee).

二、报名截止日期 Deadline for Obtaining RFP documents

请于2023年10月31日12时前将签字或盖章且密封完好的报价函于截止时间前寄送至我公司，并邮件告知我们寄件信息（如有）。
