保障采购人日常预警和服务手机短信、预警图标的制作和发布正常进行。



成交供应商提供预警短信发布平台账户，保障发布平台所需的软硬件设备、通信线路、短信发送资源等正常运行。短信发布平台应和广东省突发事件预警信息发布系统实现无缝对接。



自合同签订之日起至成交供应商累计发送预警短信达到1875万条时，合同自动终止。



成交供应商提供的服务须满足采购需求的要求、响应文件中的相关承诺及合同约定要求。

差额定率累进法收费：以采购预算作为采购代理服务费的计算基数。参照中华人民共和国国家发展计划委员会颁发的计价格〔2002〕1980号、发改办价格〔2003〕857号及发改价格〔2011〕534号文规定的“服务类”计费标准计算并缴纳。







代理服务费金额：





合同包1(气象信息制作与发布)：1.9万元。收取对象：中标（成交）供应商。

自本公告发布之日起1个工作日。

各有关当事人对成交结果有异议的，可以在成交结果公告发布之日起7个工作日内以书面形式向采购代理机构或采购人提出质疑，逾期将依法不予受理。
