p times="" new="" roman',serif;="" text-align:="" justify;="" text-justify:="" inter-ideograph;="" margin:="" 0cm;="" height:="" 20pt;="" text-indent:="" 21pt"=""span3/spanspan、投标人具有良好的商业信誉，近三年内在经营活动中没有重大违法记录，没有处于被责令停业，财产被接管、冻结破产状态，不存在招标文件第二章“投标人须知”第span 1.4.3/span项规定的任何一种情形。/span
