3.投标人资格要求

p times="" new="" roman';="" layout-grid-mode:="" char;="" text-align:="" justify;="" text-justify:="" inter-ideograph;="" margin:="" 0pt;="" height:="" 150%;="" text-indent:="" 21pt"=""3.8法定代表人为同一个人的两个及两个以上法人，母公司、全资子公司及其控股公司不得同时投标，一经查实，取消其投标资格,提供在“国家企业公示系统”中查询网页或截图的相关材料（包含公司基础信息、股东及出资信息），如无法查询的行政事业单位或自然人等可不提供。

4.招标文件的获取
