●招标范围

●资格要求

本次招标以采用资格预审形式，意向投标人按要求提交报名资料，经招标小组评审合格后才有资格参与投标，投标人具体要求资格如下：The tendering is in the form of prequalification. The intended bidder shall submit the registration materials as required and be qualified to participate in the bidding after the evaluation by the tendering group. The specific requirements and qualifications of the bidder are as follows:
1. 注册资本金人民币至少300万元（含）以上；The registered capital is at least RMB 3 million yuan (inclusive);
2. 注册年限至少一年;The registration period is at least one year;
3. 要有建筑装修施工相关资质;Must have the building decoration construction related qualification;
4. 提供至少两份两年内类似施工合同；Provide at least two similar construction contracts within two years;
