1-1	城镇水域治理服务	城镇水域治理服务	本项目运营维护的范围是鄱阳环村涌、直涌尾涌、影荫涌共3条河涌，总长共约4.46km	1、进行作业期间应采取相应降噪音、减废气等环保措施，尽可能减少对于周边居民正常生活的影响。如因噪声、臭气等问题引发居民投诉的，中标人应负责向居民作出协调解释，并在不影响项目进度的前提下，根据实际问题在十天内作出调整和完善。 2、若中标人使用有毒有害试剂或违反国家规定的，取消中标人的相关服务资格。 3、在进行治理作业时，中标人应按相关规范要求做好安全防范措施、文明施工，设置必要的安全标志。如因作业现场的安全防范措施不当或工作疏忽导致人员伤亡或财产损失的，相关的一切责任由中标人承担。 4、根据治理对象的现状，按照治理目标要求，制定治理措施及方案，并开展相应的治理服务。 5、对治理范围内的污泥、杂物进行清理运输的，清理物需要委托有资质的第三方运输公司处理，期间产生的费用由中标人负责。在运输过程中，应做好防洒漏措施并负责按相关规范要求将清理物运送指定的地点进行处理，否则，由此带来的一切后果由相关中标人承担。 6、防洪防汛期间，中标人必须服从当地水利三防部门对防洪防汛工作的统一要求及安排，采取的施工方案和措施必须符合水利三防部门的要求，所产生费用应包含在治理服务费总价内。 7、若因中标人的原因造成重大损失或者其他重大不良影响的，取消相关中标人的服务资格， 并追究其经济责任和法律责任。	自合同签订生效且接到采购人发出开工通知之日起12个月	改善水质，水体水质主要指标达到地表V类水标准	1,890,000.00
