采用单一来源采购方式的原因及说明： 中广有线2015年中标交警大队中队办公场所视频监控新建维护项目，该项目设计300多路温州交警全市大队中队内部监控改造及运维。中广有线对所涉及的前端点位进行整理改造，网络结构机房走线进行优化。截止2021年3月。全部点位已有1117路。由于交警下属大队中队网络复杂，每个中队网络结构机房布局都不一样。在6年多的时间里，中广有线专业维护队伍通过摸索积累了丰富的经验。对所有监控点位的安装位置，网络拓扑非常清楚，能在第一时间处理故障。与大队中队的经办人员沟通顺畅，提升工作效率。而且交警下属大队中队视频监控所用的光缆资源都属于租用中广有线的公安网络资源，具有很强的安全和保密要求。
