text-underline:single;font-size:12.0000pt;mso-font-kerning:0.0000pt;">①根据国家有关法律法规、标准规范、施工图纸及文件编制工程量清单、施工图清单预算、招标控制价；②配合业主审核、财政审查的各项工程变更及工程造价费用等方面的控制；③根据承包合同、进度计划编制用款计划书；④参与造价控制有关的工程会议；⑤负责对承包人报送的每月（期）完成进度款月报表进行审核，并提出当月（期）付款建议书；⑥承发包方提出索赔时，依据合同和有关法律、法规，提供咨询意见；⑦配合招标人及时审核因设计变更、现场签证等发生的费用，相应调整造价控制目标，并向招标人提供造价控制动态分析报告；⑧提供与造价控制相关的人工、材料、设备等造价信息和其他咨询服务；⑨负责建设项目工程造价相关合同履行过程的管理，各方案工程造价的编制与比选；⑩通过对工程项目前期阶段、施工阶段的现场跟踪，就工程项目实施过程中所涉及的合同管理、工程变更、现场签证、材料价格及形象进度等涉及工程费用方面的问题配合招标人提供咨询和控制，并提供审核意见书；⑪跟踪审计需符合浙审投〔2019〕6号《浙江省公共投资项目预算执行审计实施细则等三项制度》的要求，若有新政策则参照新政策执行；⑫工程结算审核（一审），提供完整的结算报告及各项费用汇总（书面、电子）；配合招标人委托的审计单位（二审单位）做好相关审计工作；⑬配合招标人做好本项目其他相关工作。
